Sigrún has an MBA from Reykjavik University and a BA in Fashion Design from L'Accademia Delle Belle Arti Moda in Holland. Sigrún Andersen has a 14 years experience as an Executive Manager in retail and wholesale business in Iceland. She worked amongst other for Hagar retail company in development and daily management of franchise companies such as Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Evans and Miss Selfridges.

Guðrún Lárusdóttir Production Manager of Andersen & Lauth
Guðrún has a BA in Fashion Design from the Iceland Academy of the Arts. Guðrún has 7 years working experience as a Product Development Manager at Nikita Clothing. Prior to that she worked as a freelance designer and worked amongst other as Head of Costume Design for Lazy town.

Helga graduated from Hellerup Textil Academy in Denmark and Kent Institute of Art and Design in Britain. She worked as a Head of Design for Ilse Jacobsen, I SAY, All Saints in Britain and Nikita and Ígló in Iceland. Today, Helga is the owner of childrenswear clothing brand Igló.
